The Research On Occupational Moral Education For University Students

Occupational Moral Construction is a key link in the course of Moral Construction in the new times. Occupational moral education is the requirement of higher education indeed. Occupational Moral Education is also the requirement of social development of market economy and the inevitable requirement of the development of university students. The university should try to develop students comprehensively. The students should not only be requested to get knowledge and skills, but also should grasp the certain occupational morality in university education. However, the situation of students' occupational moral education is still weak in many universities. Generally more attentions were paid to students'professional knowledge and professional skills, while ignoring students'ideological and moral quality education, especially occupational moral education. Many domestic researches are about occupational morality and occupational moral education, but, university students' occupational moral education was less researched. Although many scholars in the field of occupational moral education have discussed about university students'occupational moral education in recent years, but there was still much limitation in the theory and practice.In this paper,the previous studies of Occupational Moral Construction was discribed and reviewed. The problems of students'occupational moral education in university were discussed and the methods were proposed to promote the present situation. Literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interviews methods were used in this paper, first of all, a more in-depth study was made on university students' occupational moral education theories. The second, the present situation of university students' occupational moral education was undstood mainly through the results of questionnaires and interviews. The questionaire including the closed questions and opened questions, the specific progress is, firstly, a questionaire survey of Dalian University of Technology, secondly, closed the issue of the questionnaire and results of the percentage of statistical analysis, the opened questions to collate and sum up, then, pointed out the existing problems and analysised the causes, the backward concept of university students' occupational moral education, the narrow way, the backward method and the shortage of teachers' team. Finally, the research focuses was how to resolve the problems of current university students' occupational moral education. According to the discussion, some advice and countermeasures was brought out, the advice includes that: renovating the conception of university students' occupational moral education, Enlarging the ways of university students' occupational moral education, innovating the methods of university students' occupational moral education, training enough and qualified teachers in promoting university students' occupational moral education.
