The ocean is the second interspaces for our living and its position becomes more and more important with the deficient of the land resources and the rising of the ocean economy. Although china owns a cloud of ocean, we are not strong in this field, and the whole citizen's marine quality is the basic for becoming Maritime power, in the meanwhile, Guangdong province is a big marine province so it is necessary to promote the marine education. In order to make Guangdong become the strong marine province, the premier Wenjiabao gived permission to the "Blue territorial planning" of Guangdong in 2008, it constructed three Marine economic belt,four Marine industries and thirty important programs about 146 kilometers. Promoting the marine education in the secondary school becomes the effective shortcut for cultivating interdiciplinary talents equiped with marine quality in Guangdong province.This research is by guangdong mountain secondary school as foothold, The research method adopted is:1,Documentary; 2,Comparative method; 3,Questionnaire; 4,Interview. The research content is:1,Survey marine knowledge level of secondary students and the situation carried of marine education in Lianshan; 2,Structur marine education system in Lianshan according to the characteristics of marine quality of secondary students and combined with local specific situation.3,Design course for students to carry out marine education according to the situation of students,instructional theory and the former teaching experience.4,Inspect the situation of marine education carried out.The research indicates:the marine quality of the students in Lianshan middle school are widely very weak, the students who have taken part in the marine course only account for 2.4%. Moreover, the questionnaire survey demonstrates:students possess very limited marine rights knowledge, but their marine sovereignty consciousness are strong for they can make the questions about Territorial seas system,Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf system,coastline,Sea area correct respectively 4.7%,5.2%,25.9% and 9%, as for the isolated Nansha islands,57.1% students think there must have garrison; Students don't know much about ocean disasters and understand less about prevention to toxic marine creature,28.8% students are able to write that a tsunami is due to undersea earthquake, 28.3% students think people eat filefish may poisoning, no students know the emergency method of a jellyfish burning. Marine education practice in Lianshan suggests:students' learning motivation,enthusiasm and reception are strong.82% students concentrate and attend lecture seriously in classes,94.3% students think course content is general and easy. Various teaching methods can be adopted, with Lecturing primarily and pictures videos,question-answering,questions auxiliarily. The effect of marine education in lianshan is good. After finishing courses, the students who think that there are some and big harvest account for 70.3%. students make big progress in knowledge of marine rights and toxic marine organism.Although in the marine disasters study of middle school, there is no nuclear radiation content involved in marine disasters study, in consideration of the marine earthquake in Japan recently, the writer think we should carry out the marine disasters education with the radiation respect included.Through the study, promoting and enhancing the marine education in coastal mountains can improve the marine quality of the middle school students there, it can, beyond doubt, lay the foundation for their jobs and living of this region, at the same time, can provide reference for development of the inland marine education.
