Research On The Path Of Higher Education Services In Rural Areas

There is a lot of research on higher education services in rural areas, most of which is the need, importance and feasibility for higher education services in rural areas, and the problems of higher education services in rural areas and why do the problems occur. These are not the key words of this study. In my study interviewing method, literature method factor analysis, and case studies are to collect and compile the path of higher education services in rural areas to find recommendations about the path of higher education services in rural areas.The thesis is divided into six parts. First, introduction. Second, find the entire path of higher education services in rural areas. They are:to support countries to open up the path of higher education servicing in rural areas, new measures of higher agricultural education, and other types of services in rural areas of higher education. Diverse, regional and complicated are the characteristics of the path of higher education services in rural areas; chaos of the name, small effective, the lack of management, not enough attention and investment from government are the disadvantages of the path of higher education services in rural areas. SWOT analysis helps us make the best choice. Third, case studies of the path of higher education services in rural areas, including the plan a college student in a village from the Ministry of Education, Tai hang Mountain from Hebei Agricultural University, self-examination from Zhejiang Province.Government,colleges and universities,personal needness,the progress of society and competition in the education-market are the key factors to successful cases.Fourth, factor analysis about the path of higher education services in rural areas. Government, universities, market, social and individual affect the path of higher education services in rural areas. Five factors are fighting each other, maintain their independence; and influence each other, form a system. From the choice of the path of higher eduction services in rural areas, we find decisioner-making,the effect of services and the path to change with information have a great effect to choose the path of higher education services in rural areas.Fifth, recommendations about the path of higher education services in rural areas.Deciding in reason,changing with information availably and improving the effect of higher education services in rural areas. Sixth, conclusion.A higher education services in rural areas is a long and complex project. Optimizing the path of higher education services in rural areas requires the central government, local government, universities, individuals and decisioner to work together.
