With the ideas of teaching innovation since China's reform and open, classroom activity mode already gradually changes, it's necessary to develop a set of corresponding scientific standard to replace traditional classroom teaching behavior standard which is unsustainable. The construction of the indicator system is designed as a set of normative standard to guide practice. This index system is the preparatory for formulating national teachers' professional development standard, the index framework for teaching supervision which can be analyzed, observable and measurable, a reference for teachers' self behavior correction and self development to become leaders.In the research Angle, this paper is mainly based on the teaching skill theory and the teaching process theory, then classroom teaching behavior is divided to three parts:classroom teaching basic behaviors, teachers' teaching skill behavior and classroom teaching maintenance behavior.In the research methods, this study use a comprehensive set of methods, including literature analysis, scale compilation and measurement, project analysis, reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis, analytic hierarchy process (ahp), etc. its aims is to develop a set of scientific and effective classroom teaching behavior standard system through precise quantitative methods..In the research contents, the research is mainly a process to construct the classroom teaching behavior index system, which includes three steps:firstly preset index framework and index classification principle after combing through literature; Secondly develop and much-revise prediction questionnaire on the basis of literature and interview, then compile and measure scale which use SPSS 16.0 to do project analysis and factor analysis according to test data; thirdly assign the weight of all levels of the index system by the analytical hierarchy process (ahp). In the end, we have the results of classroom teaching behavior index system, which includes 3 one class index,10 second-level indexes and 21 level 3 index. Three primary index weights respectively are: classroom teaching basic behavior (12%), classroom teaching skill behavior (56%), classroom teaching maintenance behavior (32%). In a related study, this paper follow-up prospects in the proposed further outlook.
