The new curriculum started in high school in HaiNan,GuangDong,ShanDong and NingXia in 2004. It indicated the beginning of the reform of the new curriculum. It is the most comprehensive and most profound on Elementary Education since the Founding of P. R.C. It is the transition from the development of the scope of the teaching to the improvement of the quality of teaching. We get better after 6 years, but there are still some questions. Some schools mistakes in comprehension of the new curriculum. Exam-oriented teaching is prevalent in high school. It's because the lag of the reform of College Entrance Examination. It is necessary to reform College Entrance Examination.The new curriculum College Entrance Examination became a hot spot issue in educational circles when it started in 2009. It reformed from the form to the content on mathematics. We find that the main research was about solution in the literature now available. Although it is valuable in mathematical methodology, it is insignificant to discover the problems in the reform of College Entrance Examination and make it in action.By means of the questionaire, there are 188 teachers from 12 senior high schools was investigated. Its purpose is to know teacher'views whether College Entrance Examination in accordance with the new curriculum, the questions in mathematical education and the suggestion of the reform of College Entrance Examination. Based on a thorough investigation and analysis, we obtain the suggestion of the reform of College Entrance Examination and teaching. It is hoped that the reform can be in accordance with the new curriculum and play an active role.Based on the investigation, the mathematical paper is evaluated objectively. Its characteristic are as follows:treasure mathematical reading; some questions are hard but they are too hard; art and science are different to adapte personality; innovative questions become more and check the inquiring ability; embody the changement of knowledge; it attaches any importance to mathematical thinking and approach; a lack of mathematical culture. It reflects problems in mathematical education by depth analysis which are as follows:using teaching material unreasonable; mathematical inquiring teaching being formalism; placing undue emphasis on instructional situation, operational capability is neglected; education being thin in aspect of emotion, attitude and value aims; mathematical culture being embodied insufficiency; Examination-oriented education become more pronounced.To solve the problems in mathematical education and implemente the new mathematics curriculum effectively. What should we do in education are as follows: instructional situation being effective and original;suitable learning way being selected; paying close attention to mathematical reading improving the abilities by mathematical thinking. Meanwhlie to solution the problems in implementation of the new mathematics curriculum College Entrance Examination of ZheJiang in 2010, what we can do is as follows:prolonging the time of examination; maintaining the difficulty of the examination stably; embodying mathematical culture; adding the diverse solution in mathematics.Besides, the suggestion of the reform of College Entrance Examination and teaching needs to be verified in action, because the limite of time, the number of sample and the experience of teaching.
