Speaking lesson activities in education research and teaching is especially to the worthy of publicity in-service teachers preparing research activity, is preparing the intermediary and bridge with lectures. Speaking lesson is to show the listener speaker a way of teaching ideas, combining the teaching and research of an activity. In the current education background, the quality of the new curriculum reform, are concentrating on professional knowledge of biological teachers and professional quality had the new requirements. Speaking lesson - this research activity development just cater to the request.This paper the research points theory research and practice research two aspects.
