University Teachers' Teaching Performance Improvement Research Based On Students' Evaluation Of Teaching Effect Factors

Updating knowledge and the increasingly fierce competition, which put forward higher request for the education of the school's teaching and management. Teaching quality monitoring assessment is indispensable, and students to teachers' evaluation of teaching is the most important part. Students' evaluation of teaching is the student ma-ke evaluation of teaching quality. It begins with American students teaching assessment,since the 1980s China began to practice, then influenced by domestic universities of popularization. About the importance of student evaluation of teaching, efficacy, and construction of the indicator system of teaching evaluation has become important issue, However, students' evaluation of teaching is also influenced by various of factors, actually which factors influenced it, and what measures should be take to optimization the effectiveness about student evaluation of teaching, and improve the teachers' teaching performance, which become the necessary research.This research in the literature on the basis of study of college students by formulating classroom teaching quality evaluation factors influencing on college students' questionnaires survey empirical test shows three points.First, the student evaluation of teachers is restricted by various and different level factors, of which the most important is teachers' teaching ability, the teacher's ethics, teachers' behavior, and the time of evaluation, while the quality of scale and teachers' personal characteristics have a slight influence. Second, the different grade, gender students have no significant difference in 13 small factors. But student's cognize perceive for evaluation, curriculum and psychological deviation have significant differences between students of arts and science. The specific performance is arts students' cognize exceed the sciences, for the other factors have no significant differences.After analyseing for students' evaluation of teaching effect factors of the teacher questionnaire, and differences between teachers and students, we find out the rankings about influence factors of teaching teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire consistent conclusion. Namely teachers' teaching ability is the most important factors of affecting students' evaluation.Besides, there are eight differences between them. The eight factors are cognition to teachers, curriculum, Students' psychological deviation for evaluation, teacher's ethics, Teachers' personal characteristics, teachers' behavior, the importance of the course in professional and importance of course for future development.Therefore, we must implement students' evaluation of teaching comprehensive and correctly, categories teachers' teaching performance impact factors reasonably, improve teachers' quality, take diverse teachers' motivation and restraint strategy, combine the teachers' teaching performance evaluation and teacher management, to improve teachers' teaching performance.
