| At present, most high school students come from single-child-family, They have the same shortcoming in lack of cooperation consciousness and ability . They can't adjust themselves to the society which requires teamwork spirit. The reason lies in the past education concept, which we emphasized the competition one-sided, while neglected the cooperation. In 2001, The ministry education of the People's Republic of China put forward cooperation and encourage cooperative learning, then the research and practice has been flourishing, a lot of achievements are obtained. On this basis, the paper analysis the necessity and feasibility of cooperative learning through document research, investigation, interviews and so on. Through practising in the content of elements compound in senior chemistry Grade one, I established the model of the cooperation learning. Through above research, I drew the following conclusions:(1) Cooperative learning used in elements compounds teaching can help students to build their own knowledge networks. Through Cooperative learning , students can know about the nature of material ,and establish the Knowledge nets of elements compound, and grasp them systematically.(2) Cooperative learning can help students to form cooperation consciousness and ability. Through cooperative learning, students can form a correct view in communication, recognize and understand the perfect answer from that, realize cooperation not competition can inspire fight and obtain achievements easier.(3) Cooperative learning can improve the students'interest in chemistry learning. There are arguments and pleasure everywhere in cooperative learning, and there are no sleepy students in the classroom, this can make students realize that chemistry learning is an interesting thing, they realized chemistry learning is full of charming and pleasure. then, they will love it and be good at it.(4) The quality of cooperative learning depend on the teacher's teaching strategies .The students'cooperative learning is under the teacher's guide. The open degree of Cooperative learning , the students' preparation, the organization of the working group, and the teacher's classroom instruction art and strategy can directly influence the result of cooperative learning. |
