| Teaching performance evaluation is fundamental in higher education human resources management., which will highly improve teachers'working enthusiasm and thus realize the development's objective of the university smoothly. The paper makes a general introduction to the undergraduate teaching evaluation system in Heilongjiang University, and further analyzes the problems and the reasons behind, and manages to clarify and quantitize the specific indicators in the system.
