| College students' are very important human resources for a country. The development of college students' growth is not only related to the development of national economic and social progress, but also related to the sustained scientific development of higher education .With the higher education becomes popularization,the employment of college students is becoming more and more of a problem,it has become the focus attention of the whole society. The government responsibility of college students' employment is the main contents of this paper,through the analysis of theory and practice achievements in domestic and foreign ,facing the reality that the responsibility system of government is not perfected ,on the basis of learning excellent experiences of foreign,the purpose is trying to improve government responsibility system of college students' employment . Difficulties for college students in employment is because overall pressure and structural contradictions. In order to effectively solve the problem of college students' employment,we must consider the elements of college students' individual, family, society, government and others,however, the government's responsibility is the most important ,it in directly or indirectly influenced other factors function. Through referencing the experiences of foreign college students' employment , redefines the government responsibility standard system of college students' employment. From the angle of comprehensive system design to face the policy arrangements that the problem of college students' employment,then finding the innovation aspects of government responsibility system of college students' employment. |
