Recently, with the improvement of material life, the pleasure of mind is pursued by more and more people. In the education, happiness education was all the rage in the eighties and nineties of the twentieth century. With the new curriculum reforms, the spiritual worlds of students are concerned, so we research the construction of happiness in the chemistry learning. The research of the mechanism of happiness from the physiology, psychology and philosophy shows that there are four main ways to gain happiness: sensory stimulation, cognitive, experience of process and the meet of self-actualization. A survey of secondary school students shows that the factors cause happiness in chemistry learning mainly include four areas: sensory, cognitive, process experience and learning satisfaction. Based on the literature research and questionnaire surveys of students, we construct three teaching models including cognitive, learning experience and satisfaction which are insufficient relatively in current research and teaching, and then put into practice. The result of empirical research tells:1. The cognitive model: this teaching model enhances the understanding of the use of chemistry in the life. In the teaching process, the students not only develop in the cognitive, but also can build the joy of chemistry learning.2. Process experience model: by discovery learning, the students ask questions and solve problems with experiencing depression, and gain happiness ultimately. Practice has proved that the teaching model which constructs the happiness in the chemistry learning by experiencing of process is effective.3. Satisfaction gaining model: through the analysis of various aspects of the students, we help students to evaluate the intra-individual differences, gain satisfaction and increase the confidence and interest in chemistry, and ultimately enable students to establish a sense of fun to learn chemistry.
