The new curriculum reform of Politics focuses on a student-centered classroom. The classroom teaching should be based on what the students have already mastered, the teachers should try to change their traditional teaching methods to cultivate the students'cooperative ability and inquiry ability. Based on the teaching theory and the teaching practice with political science in junior school, on the students'autonomy, cooperative and inquiry abilities, this paper is to explore the teaching mode of teaching politics suited to junior school'learning community'mode of classroom teaching. It is student-centered and teacher-led. Through cooperation among teachers and students, it is to build a'learning community', focusing on cooperative learning groups of students to guide and develop students' cooperative ability, improve the quality of classroom teaching.In this paper, with the political practice of classroom teaching in junior school, detailed description of the political class to learn the theoretical basis for community building, influencing factors, and the political class in junior school building the learning community, the researcher deals with five issues, the principles of interaction when building a learning community, the status and role of teachers and students in the community in various activities in the classroom. Through inspiration, guide and motivate students to learn, and constantly improve the design and implementation of cooperative inquiry group, the creation and generation of a harmonious, liberal and democratic teaching and learning environment in which team members are interdependent, mutual integration, in order to build learning communities, to improve teaching efficiency. Years of teaching practice and studies have shown that the political class in junior school teaching of the learning community can not only make the teaching junior school classroom to achieve better political teaching effectiveness, but also further change the concept of teaching and student learning, emphasis on teaching process and student learning experiences and methods, training of teachers and students, to explore the capabilities and problem solving skills, thereby contributing to teachers and students'growth together.
