| According to the Art Curriculum Criteria of Ordinary Senior High School and the folk art cultures of Heyuan(especially Lianping), gathered, analysed resrearched and developed all kinds of the local art forms and resources, combining the teaching precedures in class, the research tried to induce an agree point between art teaching in middle and primary school and local culture. On the basis of the implementation of country strengthened art education in school, the teacher can not only achieve effectively classroom teaching and broaden students' cultural horizon and appreciation, but to some extent promote the development of Heyuan folk art resources through art class in middle school; moreover, the teachers can breakthrough the limitation of textbook without aparting from the syllabus, and cultivate students' cognition and interest in hometown and art basing on coloful forms and contents in class.The main contents of the paper:1.
