Research on teacher professional development is a hot spot currently, a great number of studies focus on the teachers'personal professional growth and teachers' knowledge. However, the most studies is confined to the theoretical aspects of teacher knowledge. In the study on knowledge transmission of teachers professional knowledge, teachers are regarded as knowledge gainer. The Researcher focuses on teachers how to acquire the knowledge to improve their own ability, and how to share the knowledge between groups of teachers. The research that teachers are seen as knowledge destinateur are little. The study is depend on the information environment of teacher professional development, the teachers are seen as knowlegde destinateur. The aim of the study is that teachers how to spread their own useful knowledge to other teachers in their group. The key of the study is that the route of knowledge diffusion to improve teachers to diffuse their quality resources to others activly, in order to achieve knowledge sharing and promote teachers professional development.The study provides a new idea of teachers knowledge in the teacher professional development and introduce the concept of knowledge diffusion to the studies of teacher professional knowledge.That is a major breakthrough in the study of teacher knowledge.Through identifing the concept of teachers professional knowledge, knowledge potential and knowledge diffusion,and reviewing the teachers group professional knowledge at home and abroad and research the basic trends, to find the point of penetration of this study. We expound the teachers group dynamics theory, knowledge sharing theory and knowledge transmission theroy amply. In additon, we demonstrate the theoretical study to provide an impornt theoretical basis for later study.There are some stages for studying the path of teachers professional knowledge diffusion:face to face interviews and questionnaire surveys as the the main research techniques.Through investigation the Knowledge transmission and acceptance in teachers group, that reveal the traditional face to face interaction as the main way to spread the knowledge of teachers. Besides it including the school-teaching and research community,research Sharon, teacher observation and evaluation activities, lectures and teachers unconscious or meaningful daily exchanges. With the growing development of information technology and it is used in large-scale of school, there are a great impact of knowledge diffusion between these teachers group.Writer found that after the introduction of information technology teachers have more effective means of knowledge diffusion by JinHua normal college afflicated primary school education group study.Teachers can use the campus network platform and teachers blog to diffusing teachers basic knowledge, by means of video and wiki collaborative lesson preparation to diffusing teachers practical knowledge, these are effective supplement of the traditional knowledge diffusion. In the same time, these methods save the cost, expand the scope of recipients, shorten the time for diffusion the knowledge, to promote the teachers professional development betterly. Based on the theoretical basis, combined with the current information technology environment of the traditional teachers knowledge diffusion path, summarize knowledge diffusion path model diagram of teachers groups, to have a certain guidance of professional knowledge diffusion in the future.In addition, we track interview the typical expert teachers and novice teachers in JinHua normal college afflicated primary school education group, we understanded the different levels of knowledge and potential spread of teacher knowledge and the diversity initiative have a significant difference, so that knowledge diffusion potential energy are closely linked with the knowledge, knowledge flow relatively high potential energy to the knowledge of teachers with lower potential energy, so we need to focus on outstanding teachers among groups, let them aware of how to be more proactive, a variety of ways to keep anywhere their quality knowledge and resources to passed to other teachers. To achieve this, schools should build a great environment for knowledge diffusion, improve the awareness to diffusion the knowledge, teachers should spread the teacher professional knowledge to oterrs in various information technology tools, to offset the lack of traditional knowledge diffusion,to achieve the true meaning of knowledg sharing and promote teachers professional development.
