MBA, which shoulders the historical responsibility of cultivating people with high quality in the management area, is a vital measure to implement the strategy of strengthening China through human resource development. Although the education of MBA in China has developed a lot in the last twenty years, there are also many problems need to be improved, such as the relationship between the speed of development and the quality of education, in other words, to complete the quality assurance system. Despite the limited input of teaching resources, teaching management has become increasingly crucial to the survival and development of MBA education. Thus, strengthening teaching management by improving the quality and efficiency of teaching management, which is the essence of whether MBA school can survive and develop, is one effective way to guarantee the quality of education as well as to save educational resources.This article uses the case of the optimization of teaching management system in Hebei University of Technology. Based on the analysis of the background of teaching management system in Hebei University of Technology, the article analyzes the problem existed before the optimization and describes the process, guiding thought as well as presents the goal and result of the optimization in detail. It also analyzes the effects of the optimization. At last, the article discusses some method for the further development and optimization of the teaching management system in this University.
