With the increasing complexity of the educational environment system, continuously pushing forward education reform, university teachers are facing more and more accompanied problems by increasing pressure. In this context, the work pressure of teachers has become universal, managing the work pressure on teachers effectively is an insistent demanding and the academic-related research has become a hot spot that can not be avoided. The pressure research is attracting more and more peoples' attention increasingly, so it has become an important aspect of organizational behavior.In this paper, the empirical research method is adopted, 13 colleges of teachers in the regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province are to conduct field research, it puted out a total of 250 questionnaires, and 208 valid questionnaires were returned, up to 88.4%. In the study, it proposed three hypotheses: Teachers work stressors and symptoms with the teacher personal characteristics differ, the sources and symptoms of teachers' working stress are significantly correlated, the sources of teachers' working stress variables such as whether the symptoms of stress significantly predicted sex. In the study, it used a variety of statistical methods to analyze data to verify the hypothesis, and finally, it provided suggestions to relieve stress from the social level, the university management level and the individual level in the base of the data processing results.This study has two innovations:In the method, the paper drawed the research of Chao Ran and Huang Qiong' and developmented the sources of stress scale related to the work of university teachers, in reference to the research of Dall.L.Fields, Hou Ting and Lu Haijun', it developmented the working stress symptom scale of university teachers which are based in the specific circumstances of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. The designment is a measurement tool which is more suitable to college teachers in the three regions.In the content, it researched 13 colleges of teachers about sources of stress in the work of teachers and work-related stress symptoms in the regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. In the aspect of data analysis and processing, it increased the research of correlation and regression analysis between sources of stress in the work of teachers and work-related stress symptoms which was missing in the existing content of the Institute.
