Rural female teachers are the important constituent part in rural teaching body. Professional development of female teachers in rural area is influenced by their awareness and the external environment. This article, in the view of feminism, focusing on the professional development of rural female teachers, discusses the impact of sexual distinction in the process of improving rural teachers' professional knowledge, skills and ethical standards. And emphasizes the gender equality in society, approve female affective experience and subjective value thought which will be beneficial to application of feminism in education, promote the localization development of it, and set up education philosophy and development concept with female wisdom as center of education. Moreover, it is helpful for female teachers' understanding on their own development in rural female teachers' professional development, and knowing the whole balanced development of rural education. From the social relations of gender equality, social role and sexual distinction, discuss what special requirements may affect the development of rural female teachers, what state they are in professional knowledge learning, teaching practice, and ethical standards, and what obstacles exist in rural female teachers' professional development under the existing conditions, then how to remove the obstacles, and promote the development of female teachers, and so on.There is an investigation and data analysis on rural female teachers'professional development of Zouping county in Shandong province in this paper. It illustrates the influence on female teachers'professional development in rural environment. And make causes analysis combining interviews. Pay attention to female teachers' understanding of professional development, family situation, school environment and social environment with gender factors on the impact of teachers'professional development. It uses feminism theory support for analyzing the causes and countermeasures. In more detail, this article can be divided into following parts:The first part is an introduction, including the arising question, researching significance and summary, the process and methods of this research, etc. The second part refers to a questionnaire survey taking Zouping County in Shandong Province as an example, and mainly discusses the professional development status and existing problems of rural female teachers from such aspects of professional self-identity, family situation and school environment. The third part, aiming at the professional self-identity of female teachers, the weak autonomy of professional development, the affiliation of family standing, the participating problems in school management and the traditional sexual distinction, conducts the analysis of causes. And the last part, through promoting the self-identity of professional development of female teachers, enhancing to pay close attention to female teachers, found a kind of social environment of gender equality and increasing the policy insurance, put forward the improving countermeasures of professional development of rural female teachers.
