The Research On Distribution And Development Of Mass Sports' Stadium Recourses In Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Area

With the development of social and economic integration, people paid more and more attention to the requirement of sports and fitness. It embodies that whether the mass sports'stadium recourses could meet the need from people. Therefore, scientific and reasonable distribution of the stadium is foundation. In addition, it is a key point to develop those existing stadiums for mass sports.By applying the study methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and mathematical statics etc., this paper targets to the population of 640 in sports department, educational department, enterprise management in the following three cities: Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan. It thorough investigates the distributed situation of schools, competition, communities and commerce stadiums, and then put forward relevant strategies.The research results shows: (1) the stadiums mainly distribute in the area of schools, sports, system, commercial and cultural settlement, which directly concerns cities'level, scale and economy. Especially to Changsha where possess better stadiums and mass foundation. The phenomenon reflects the atmosphere of mass sports in big cities in some degree. Comparatively speaking, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan show fewer situations than Changsha. From this, we know that the input and disposition are close to economic standard.The stadiums in suburbs are single for matches and they can't relieve the need of denizen from new communities. What's more, the function is too low so that they cannot receive a efficient recovery and reuse. Therefore, after matches, there is a lot of inactive stadiums, which cannot attract denizen's fitness; (2) government is still the main investor to the construction. Developers take second place. And their investment exists at the same time. Thus, there is lack of efficient support system and environment; (3) some common and economical fitness items are so popular that stadiums could benefit from them. Those stadiums are not enough which has large scale, enough items, complete function are more attractive; commercial fitness stadiums are more practical and beneficial than those of schools, organs and sports department. The relationship of administration subordination is relevant to the governmental management.Although some researchers attribute to study sports stadiums recourses, they pay more attention to the recourses of universities, large public sports, communities, tourism and entertainment, and they don't think from the perspective of distribution of mass sports'stadium recourses. As a result, according to the unreasonable status of the distribution in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, it is necessary to carry on the research, aiming at satisfying the fitness requirement from the urban agglomeration, promoting the development of society in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.
