During the last 30 years, because of the reform and opening policies, there have been more and more persons pouring into cities and land resources were treated as scarce resources. At same time, urbanization program have created a housing shortage and driven up prices beyond the reach of many aspirational Chinese, which produce a lot of mortgage slaves. They all feel absolutely different since they become mortgage slave for example they cannot decide easily to change job, they live on their parents, girls do not marry to their boy friend only because he does not have his own flat, their leisure time is inadequate. In order to study with international counterparts, in order to truly differentiate between "mortgage slaves" group and "pseudo mortgage slaves" group, where we use the "mortgage slaves" is defined as:"Mortgage slaves" are those urban residents, for practical considerations, who had to purchase flat in the prime of life period of 20 to 30 years, with 40% to 50% or even higher proportion of disposable income per year to pay Loan principal and interest, resulting in residents of long-term pressure on family life and affecting the normal consumption.Around the "mortgage slaves'motivation to buy a flat, everyone has their own ideas. Some people think that the concept that everyone must have his or her own flat is not correct. It was suggested that young people should rely on rent to avoid being a mortgage slave. Some people think it is easier said than done. After a careful in-depth data analysis, this study concluded that buying a flat acts as a major economic activity, in line with economic theory assumes. As to the "Mortgage slaves" groups, the reality factor is real and urgent, although the concept is the luxury but important factor."Mortgage slaves" decide to buy a flat, because:Property rights associated with the additional rights, such as marriage, residence, education. At present, most cities provide that, if people have not had their own property right, once married, they must move out of their account from the collective accounts, so that their children cannot be on account and they are not easy to accept compulsory education freely.Rental ratio is so high that make lessors unprofitable. People find more difficulty to find a house for rent. This situation is particularly evident in areas of high house prices. Rental ratio is high and makes people want to rely on rental investments unprofitable, they are more willing to sell the house rather than rent.Lease system is imperfect, living without protection. Our rental system is not perfect now, the right of landlord is infinity:Rent or not, lease, rent and right. This is the reality of people do not want to rent.Concept factors:1. Deep-rooted land complex, the last turn around the land, now turn around the house.2. Images of people on the home, the house and property are the bases, and the family has a very important psychological significance, meeting the senses of security, belonging needs. These basic needs are met, people can grow up healthy and pursue a higher level of self-realization.3. Loving the house with the current social atmosphere is also relevant. Because of social Stratification, people are proud to own property. In order to obtain the expected approval of a class, they buy houses beyond their economic capacity. In addition, as waves of public opinion, rendering a room is the successful decision also affects people.4. Herd mentality to some extent also affected the people's consumption behavior. The Revelation is to address the current housing difficulties phenomenon cannot be biased, it is necessary to change the concept of personal consumption, but also solve practical problems.
