With the economic development and social transformation, social arise a variety of problems. It causes Adolescent mental health experts and scholars common concern. Urban and rural adolescent mental health problems have much common point, but there are many different points. From the perspective of social work, this article explores the social support of youth mental health system from school, family, community, social and other dimensions.Because of the convenience of this data acquisition, the Nanjing ZJL School and X, W County were selected as an example. Urban and rural economic differences lead to the existence of characteristics of different groups on youth mental health. But the fundamental reason is the lack of social support and inadequate. Youth lack of one or several social support, forming different groups, the paper to be presented a few typical cases.In addition to conclusion, the paper is divided into five parts. Chapter 1 Introduce paper introduces the rationale and significance of topics, the status of domestic and foreign research, the article's research methods and innovations, and several other aspects. Chapter 2 Introduce the study design, the concept and theoretical basis. The concepts of adolescent, mental health, social support and so on. Chapter 3 Introduce the existence of the characteristics of young people with mental health problems by some typical cases. Chapter 4 describes the factors that affect adolescent mental health. The present studies attributed these factors to within and external causes, this chapter attributed to the lack of social support or disadvantages based on field survey data to highlight the difference in degree, the unequal distribution of resources on level of rural-urban social support. Chapter 5 describes social support for young people with mental health, from social support for the view, highlighting the social support for the importance of mental health, social support interventions can of adolescent mental health development,respectively, in family, school, community, and communities are analyzed,. Chapter 6 from the perspective of social work builds schools, families, communities from four in one society the social support system.
