With the deep development of the reformation in the basic education curriculum, the inquiry teaching mode has been increasingly important to the education circle. Curriculum reformation means to reform the passive acceptance learning style of the students, which is still a common problem in student-teacher teaching mode. It advocates students to participate themselves into the class activities, to explore the questions with their own, to enhance their performance ability. Besides that, improving students'skills to search and handle the received information, the ability to obtain new knowledge, the methods to analyze and solve problems as well as the capability of communication and cooperation are the targets of this reformation project. Math inquiry teaching method is the heat topic in the curriculum reformation. However, most of the researches are about the senior students'math subject. Papers on the junior school math subject occupy a small part of it, while few of them are primary math inquiry teaching researches. No mention to researches on the countryside elementary math inquiry teaching mode, even though they are not that deep and thorough. As a result, it will be a valuable project to do a research on the countryside elementary math inquiry teaching based on the actual situation in countryside elementary education environment.The whole article will cover four research methods namely literature analysis, case analysis, questionnaires and case practice analysis. Based on the literature anaysis, the author will promote the question to be discussed and display a systematic and comprehensive carding of inquiry teaching. Then the author will make a survey and analysis of the countryside elementary math inquiry teaching based on questionnaires and case analysis. As to the countryside elementary school math teaching in the way of inquiry teaching strategy and practice, it will be the main focus of the author. At last, the author will construct and implement the detailed teaching procedure and will also conduct an individual case analysis in order to promote a rational and constructive strategy for the inquiry teaching. The entire article will be accomplished according to author's own teaching experience so that it can somewhat represent the situation of the teaching problems in countryside elementary education. In short, with the analysis of these problems and the giving of some possible inquiry teaching strategies, the author hope it will bring up certain conductive significance to herself and also the primary educationists in the future.
