| School-oriented teaching research is a new model which is started along with new courses pratice, and it is regarded as important way to train teachers with new courses practising capability, and more and more schools are now developing various school-oriented teaching research activities. During this research, the current model, in all municipal education administration departments which is long formed from top to bottom, will have to be impacted theoretically and formally. Researcher in transforming period needs to develop teaching researching activity system continously, reposition the new role for the researcher. The essay is from the view of a Chinese teacher in a Nanjing downtown teaching research section, try to analyze and study the role and problems existing in researchers of school-oriented teaching research via questionnair and interview. Summarize the effective policy in reseacher participating school-oriented teaching research and effective way of role changing for researcher, continuing to improve teaching research model, to form a pattern of teaching research actualization and metold diversification. Cause researcher self development and self perfection, making the effort to provide certain evidence and reference to enrich the school-oriented teaching research.
