| China of 21st century is in innovational period of high speed development, The sharp changes of external environmentn offered a high demand and the pressure of transformation to the higher education. Subject instruction is the infrastructure construction of university development,which is embodied in the level of running school. Further into the development and research for discipline construction is needed. Therefore,this article applied niche theories, diversity theory and rival theory in ecology to discipline construction in universities.This text first analyses ecological characteristics of discipline system in universities,it sets up a simulated ecosystems based on characteristics of system , structure and functions.─discipline ecological System. Secondly, the niche of discipline system in universities was analysed and made the subject of the ecological system is a mode.The article studies the niche overlap and disorder of the niche of discipline system in universities in china. Thirdly, it analyzed four forms of ecosystem diversity in discipline ecological system in universities: species diversity, genetic diversity, structural diversity and functional diversity and further discuss the relationship between diversity and stability in discipline ecological system.it also analysed misunderstanding of discipline construction and overdiversification of discipline. Then, from commensalism and competition in disciplines ,it put forwards discipline construction goals based on competion theory. Accurate Comprehension of ecological relationship between disciplines,promoting coordinative-development of discipline ecosystem. on the basis of the disciplines system ecological relationships,it analysed Problems on amacademic discipline construction. lastly,the paper studied the construction of discipline ecological system from the niche ,diversity and ecological relationships ,and the measures to be taken to solve the problems of ecological issues involved. |
