| The paper made survey on the teacher burnout in M country,Gushi county used the qualitative research methods,researched the phenomena of teacher burnout by means of the theoretical knowledge and approaches of sociology,psychology,biology and other disciplines ,more comprehensively,intuitively, showed the basic status of burnout and resulting factors of rural primary teachers on the basis of social work ,the paper proposed interventions to alleviate teacher burnout.The paper is divided into five parts.The background and related important concepts were introduced,and previous researches has combed and reviewed at the same time,introduced the purpose and significance of this research and the theoretical basis and research way and methods in the introduction of paper.The first chapter largely describes the basic status of burnout .This chapter of the current state of burnout in rural areas are investigated and predicted the characteristics,are described and classified and describes its negative effects。The second chapter centers upon the causes of burout.This chapter come up with four causes. They are individual cause, families cause, organization cause and social causes by way of questionnaires case studies and analysis of social work theory.The third chapter focuses on the social integral interventions of burnout. It concerns the feasibility,principles and methods and so on.The fourth chapter proposes the main conclusional limitations and prospect for future research. |
