| Concern personality development is the current world development of education. In our country, with a new curriculum reform, many schools are actively testing and trying to find its assessments. Based on pluralistic theory, individual educational assessments embodied in the evaluation of the students both on the universal concern and individual concern, both on the their intelligence and their non-intelligence factors, particularly innovative and practical ability.The article introduced some practices such as to gradually establish the evaluation of the new concept of schools in this respect, and built the new appraisal system and psychological guidance to students and parents to participate in educational evaluation and personalization.
