| Through surveying the nonprofessional status of current attend-course system, this paper will design a new standard called classroom observation, which helps for the study of student and the profession development of teachers. The paper will describe the producing background of the new teaching-researching mode, also analyse the essential of the mode. Classroom observation is an important researching mode which firstly finds and solves the teaching problems in the classroom. Classroom observation is based on data collected by precise technology. Classroom observation is also an researching mode which needs sustaining cooperation by several departments. All these factors of classroom observation lead to a descriptively qualitative analysis and a structurally quantitative analysis, also lead to an individually independent manipulation and a community cooperation.In application research, moral and socity subject of primary school is the researching object. Various measuring sheets are developed, which are local, serial and for a special subject. Feedback communication obtained by observing helps teachers'self-questioning, then effectively improve them through exploring the behaving standard and the evaluating standard of subject education. Meanwhile, strategy and method of the new teaching-researching mode are discussed in order to rebuild the teaching-researching culture, effectively improve teachers'professional level, and drive the teaching innovation experimentation deeply. Of course, when we affirm the positivities of classroom observation, we should think of the negativities of it. So we must improve our theory and technology, rationally understand classroom observation by practicing. Then classroom observation will show it's value. |
