At the same time, it can promote the atmosphere more satisfactory. In particular, first of all, teachers should alter their former purposes, attitudes and customs toward classroom observation. Then, analyzing and explaining what and how the classroom observation should be implemented for teachers, students and curricula. At last, an integrated classroom observation mode should be supplied.
