Classroom observation is the essential way for teachers' professional growth as well as an effective method for teaching research. It is extremely important to discuss and improve the problems in teaching, especially in the trend of promoting the school-orientated teaching and research. The mode of classroom observation is to summarize the common content and patterns then construct the basic framework about classroom observation by the way of observing the classroom. The criterion of the classroom observation mode is not sole or absolute. The purpose of classroom observation mode is to provide teachers with some of the points about classroom observation, at the same time, what to observe and how to practice.At present, a majority of teachers are not well aware of classroom observation. There are some problems about their observations so as to focus only on teacher or students or curricular. All in all, there are three modes of classroom observation, the teacher-centered mode, the students-centered mode or the curricular-centered mode. This situation gives a passive impact on promoting the level of teachers' teaching and the quality of teaching content.By means of investigating these problems, this essay analyses the probable reasons which are concentrated as the following three reasons. The first is the empirical system of administration about classroom observation which focuses more on quantity and experience other than quality. The second is teachers are not professional enough to well perform classroom observation so as to rely on experience and ignore the teaching methods. The last but not least is the classroom observation itself is empirical and random which lacks of regular operating processes.With regard to make this situation altered, the writer suggests toconstruct the integration of classroom observation which combines teaching,learning with curricular. As a result, it provides teachers with an operational and practical framework which can help teachers to implement a comprehensive observation according to the purpose. At the same time, it can promote the atmosphere more satisfactory. In particular, first of all, teachers should alter their former purposes, attitudes and customs toward classroom observation. Then, analyzing and explaining what and how the classroom observation should be implemented for teachers, students and curricula. At last, an integrated classroom observation mode should be supplied.
