With the advent of the information society, self-learning with the help of E-Learning will become the normal state of the study, and will be gradually integrated into people's daily lives. In this context, on the basis of the existing research of self-regulated learning and digital learning, this study will explore the area from which to analyze the learning effectiveness assessment (the state of the learner to adapt to this condition of learning), so as to help learners be aware of their own learning situation and ensure self-learning to be carried out effectively for ever.First, with the help of the past study and the characteristics of E-Learning, it can be concluded that the self-learning should contain four elements:the learners, the supporting learners, digital learning environments, digital learning resources; involve six processes: the needs of learning, programs of learning, resources of learning, styles of learning, outcomes of learning, regulation of learning; have some characteristics:subjectivity, agency, regulatory, emotionality, strategic, selectivity, communication, diversity and resources. Then, to support self-learning with the help of the E-Learning, on the basis of the combination of the above research results as well as research of traditional self-regulated learning, this study analyses that learners should have a general learning ability and self-learning ability: the former includes ability of acquiring knowledge, consolidating knowledge, applying knowledge and creating knowledge; the latter includes ability of self-directed, applying learning strategies, self-monitored and self-evaluated. And this study also analyses some non-ability factors that contain the self-efficacy, attribution, level of self-control, emotional factors, and behavioral responses will have an impact on the effective self-learning.Finally, on the basis of the capacity factors and non-ability factors of the learners, from the knowledge and skills, processes and methods, attitudes and values, performance measurement elements include knowledge of mctacognition, metacognitive control strategy, strategies of the general cognition, strategies of resource management, self-monitoring, learning motivation, learning attribution, learning attitude. At last, Combined with previous results, this study also analyses specific content of these elements.
