| In the past, when people doing the researches, they generally divide them into several parts, abstract the most simple elements, then explain the nature of the complex. However, with the emergence of systems theory, the way of thinking has changed greatly. Systems theory is the general pattern of research system, structure and patterns of knowledge, which studies the common features of various systems, using mathematical methods to quantitatively describe its function, to seek and establish the principles applicable to all systems, principles and mathematical models. It is a new science of logic and mathematical properties. Meanwhile, it is also a complex and cross-discipline subject. It is the world's hot spot and cutting-edge of scientific development, attracting the eye of many scientists in different disciplines.Systems theory reflects the trend of modern science, the characteristics of large-scale production, and the complexity of modern social life, so its theory and method can be widely used. System theory provides not only the theory and methods for the development of modern science, but also the basis of the methodology for solving modern society's political, economic, military, scientific, cultural and other aspects of the complex issues. The system concept is permeated into each field.For a long time, there has been the gap between ideal and reality in our moral education. However, moral education did not receive the desired effect, and the reasons are worthy of study and exploration. With the emergence of system science, it provides the moral education with new ideas and methods. The complexity of the requirements needs to re-examine the construction of moral education and expand the ideas to achieve goal of elevating the effectiveness of school moral education.This thesis falls into four parts:The first part is the definition of related theories in this thesis. First is to define the concept of system theory, the emergence of system theory and the characteristics of system theory which are introduction in brief. Second is to elaborate the proposition of system theory.The second part mainly focuses on campus of the system constitutes moral education system and characteristics analysed. The moral education system can be divided into internal (school) and external systems (family and society). The internal system of education constitutes educated people and the cultural environment, the external systems from family and social system constitutes.The third part is the analysis of problems and causes in moral education. This thesis is mainly from the high moral education system management; methods; in understanding, and external system which emergence systems problems and reasons analysed.The fourth part focuses on the campus moral education system exists problems principles:the campus moral education system must adhere to the overall principles which solove by system principles and system methods:(一).The system of moral education, obey the overall research methods, considering the internal factors within the system of moral education, and the external environment related to the moral education system.2. The moral education must adhere to the principle of openness. Morality and moral life are open rather than closed, so the moral education system must be an open system to exchange with the outside world of material and information to truly improve the moral education effects.3. The moral education must utilize the principle of optimization. Optimize the home environment, build the cradle of the talent, optimize the school environment, develop moral characters of qualified persons, and optimize the environment of the community to create a good space for students. (二) Taking system methods:1. the campus moral education system must use non-linear thinking pattern. Moral education is not a predictable activity. The prospect and the result is not simply linear relationship, but a nonlinear relationship. Moral education of any "linear" education policy, methods, behavior may cause adverse effects.2.
