With times and society developing,people'living standard improves,and their life speeds up remarkably.Also,people are fully enjoying the convenience that the rich material life brings them.However,we can not avoid ourselves from mental auxiety resulting from the increasing pressure.And undergraduates at an golden age in their life feel their spirits falling,their life boring and even helpless and hopeless because they are faced with more confusions and pressures than others.Thus,in recent years,there have been being more tragedies,such as kill and suicides among under-graduates,all of which make people feel pity and distressrd for them. As a result,people are worried about it that part influenced undergraduates feel their life hopeless and even feel indiffevent to their life.In consequence,more and more people get to focus on undergradustes mental health,life condition and qualifty.Thus,life education in college comes into people's view gradually and gets on the stage of college education.That undergraduates'life education is being carried out sustainably,orderly and effectively helps not only the practice of the education of people-oriented concept,but also the spirit of human care. It also benefits colleges to renew their education and primotes the results.Most all,undergraduates start to be aware of the importance of their life and even eager to live well and chase hipe living quality, which are the essential require-ments of their brilliant future.However,another widely accepted falso occurs.Although colleges start to care about undergraduates material state,they fail to consider undergraduates'livingcondition and quality fully. Inaddition,they try to meets undergraduates'material needs,but they seldome make response to undergraduates'mental needs and life requirements.Moreover,undergradustes'receive emphasis on mastering professional knowledge and the training of skills,but they rarely get necessary education on life and death,let alone adequate living skills because of these,my essay aims to construct the system of life education and analyze it on the basis of some relevant strategies.The essay is guided by full development of the people-oriented theory and enriched by the rich life education resources of China and western countries.And it also refers to ancestors'researches study to research under graduates'problems on life education on the basis of natural condition.The essay consists of five parts.The first part is the apprendice,mainly talking about present situation of the research on undergraduates'life education,the causes of choosing the topic,the methods and the meaning and so on.The second is a brief introduction of the life education.It mainly talks about the meaning of life and the character is this from many aspects and expounds the concept of life education,its origins and the base of carring it out.The third is the exploration of the undergraduates'life education system based on the last part to explore the system in the following ways,the guide,the principles and the contents.Next is a part,the survey on the present situation of undergraduates sttitudes to life and the relevant anaylysis.It is based on the former three parts and concludes the present situation and the causes of undergraduares attitudes to life and life education incollege through question aires and datas.At last,there are the strategies. It analyzes undergraduates'attitudes to life and the present situation of life education in college and introfuces the related practice.As for the practice,the essay researches it through colleges,families,society and so on.As for colleges,they should emphasize the course of politics and explore life education's resources deeply to enforce the pracrice undergraduates'life education in the next aspects,concepts,principles,responsibilities the arrangemeat of the curricular,the training of the teachers,the building of the campus and the students activities.For families,parents should first set an poictive example for their children by means of saying"please do as I do"" a letter permonth","no interuption of coorespondence ","face to face love","no boundary for love"and so on to add to relationship between them and their children.Relieve undergradutes'mental pressure and solve their confusions about life.For society,we should ask everyone to obey the social orders,purify the whole society,improve the relationship of each other,and create an environment of loving our life so as to make under-graduates love and cherish their life more than before.
