At present, a new round of the curriculum reform of basic education is ongoing in our country, curriculum standards and teaching materials reform are the core of the reform of basic education. This study compares the structure of materials on five versions of high school biology textbooks with literature study, comparative study methods mainly. This study compared common ground and features of the structure of experimental materials of the five general high school biology curriculum standards, they are the version of People's Education Press, Jiangsu Education Publishing House version, Hebei Children's Publishing House version, version of the map of China and Zhejiang Publishing House of Science and Technology Publishing House version, especially compared and analyzed the experimental contents , supporting knowledge, fostering the students'a variety of capacities which are compared and set up from the first-line teachers and students perspective.The structure system of our general high school curriculum standards biological experimental materials reflects the diversity of teaching materials, it helps teachers teach with teaching materials and students build knowledge, on the basis this paper provides the corresponding recommendations to teachers'teaching.
