The Application Research Of Crisis Management For Student Management In Independent College

Recently, a number of crises often occurred between the students of Independent colleges, college crisises are not only harmful to the normal teaching, research and daily life of the independent colleges, but also seriously damaged their image and reputation, what's more, it will impact on the Stability, reform and development of independent colleges. So, in the face of the college crisises which may occur at any time, a Crisis Management theory in the application of the work of student management in independent colleges becomes more and more important.This thesis will take the case of science and technology college of NCHU, and Discuses issues related to crisis management in college. it will mainly focus on discussing the basic definition of crisis management and college crisis management, analyzing Stages and principles of college crisis management; pointing out the developmental tendency of the college crisis in our nation and the disadvantages of the study of crisis management through the investigation into Domestic and foreign scholars'documents about college crisis and crisis management, the method of questionnaire and interview has been adopted to analyze status quo and the existing issues of science and technology college of NCHU.with a basic mode analysis method, this thesis suggests the states which should be focused in crisis management and propose proper Countermeasures for science and technology college of NCHU and similar colleges to deal with college crisis.
