| The new teachers are the fresh blood for the education in the rural area, and they are the important power to develop the rural education. For the new teachers, most of them have pasted the exam for recruiting teachers, and most of them graduated from teacher school. There are some of them who have work experience and some don't, since they had got the job when they are in the graduating year. Although they have different experiences, they should face the same situation, the rural area.According to the study, the backward of rural education is not just because the poor condition, but also for the lack of culture in school. By the research, we know that the new teachers who live in this situation will have some private thoughts and worries about their future. The study in N school tells us the factors which affect the new teachers can be divided into two kinds: the positive effects and the passive effects. the passive effect are the backward of school condition, the passive belief of teacher, the bad side of reality,too much desire for success, the lack of school's culture, the positive effects are the talent of teacher, the need for teacher to be success, the development of school.We have made a strategy for the development of the new teachers on the basis of our research: the self-development strategy such as: cultivate aesthetic personality, learning to reflect, life-long education. The help for new teachers to develop: the development of system for teachers' training, paying attention to the new teachers' real life.At last, we propose a model for the new teachers to develop: the model for the rural teacher's teaching and researching. The new teachers and the rural education both get progress with this model. |
