Improving University Financial Aid System For Students Having Family Economic Difficulties

In recent years, faster development of higher education, achieved a historic breakthrough in the overall size, higher education and gradually into the "popular" education stage. With the expansion of higher education and the rapid growth of the number of students, the cost of higher education has gradually increased, resulting in China the number of university students having family economic difficulties is also increasing. Therefore, the research university funding of students having family economic difficulties and further improve the university financial aid system for students having economic difficulties, and effectively solve the problem of university students having family economic difficulties, is a very urgent and important theoretical issues and practical issues that our higher education now facing.This paper attempts by university students having family economic difficulties and funding system causes problems to analyze and study a more comprehensive, stable and effective combination of educating people with the predicament of the student system to help students having family economic difficulties complete their education smoothly and healthy growth. PartⅣ:Under the guidance of the relevant theory, students having family economic difficulties for university financial aid system deficiencies that exist in the solution path of exploration.
