Study On The Developmental Financial Aiding System For College Students With Family Financial Difficulties

The financial assistance system for students with family financial difficulties plays a huge role in softening the economic pressure of students with family financial difficulties,but it has some defects in policy itself,qualification cognizance and implementation.The author used such research methods as questionnaire survey and empirical analysis to summarize the developmental financial aiding and to try to solve contradictions and difficulties of developmental financial aiding system,which lay a good foundation of further the research of developmental financial aiding.In the first part,the author introduced the origin of the problem,reviewed the research results of developmental financial aiding and pointed out the research significance and the basis of research.In the second part,the author defined relevant concepts and made theories of public management as the theoretical basis of developmental financial aiding.In the third part,the author generalized the domestic and international research status,especially summarized and reviewed relative researches of developmental financial aiding.In the forth part,the author used the research method of questionnaire survey and field work to understand the basic situation of college students with family financial difficulties and the basic part of financial aiding system.In the fifth part,combined with the survey results,the author found some problems to be solved of financial aiding system for college students with family financial difficulties and analyzed the reason.In the sixth part,the author introduced the effective actions of implementing developmental financial aiding in some colleges such as Sun Yat-Sen University and Zhejiang University.Then,the author analyzed and summarized its beneficial experiences.In the last part,the author cleared the guiding ideology and principles of developmental financial aiding,and the author put forward the promotion measures from the aspects of the government,the school and the society.
