| Public consciousness of academic research is a hot issue in recent years.Based on the current situation of domestic and international research onpublic consciousness that there is no authoritative interpretation of the definition of the concept. The author's tentative standpoint of connotation and characteristics of public consciousness just like this:the connotation of public consciousness include public consciousness of morality, participation, responsibility, invironmental, order, safety, service and other aspects; the characteristics of public consciousness are groupment, publicus, aw areness, universality, radioactivity and so on.Combined with the actuality of undergraduate, this paper focuses on the connotation of university students'public consciousness, that including public awareness of morality, civilization, participation, reponsibility, invironmental, order, safety, service and any other aspects.In order to recognize the present state of undergraduate'public consciousness, the author designed a questionnaire and had a stratified random sample surveys about their public consciousness of morality during learning process and day life; their public consciousness of civilization about their words and deeds, their public consciousness of participation in teaching and learning activities; their public consciousness of reponsibility about patriotismand and the sense of their school; their public consciousness of invironmental, order, safety, service etc for Z university's students. The outcome show that the students' behavior can't match with their awareness, and their awareness need to be proved.Confront the problem about the undergraduate'public consciousness, the author give some measures. First, enhance the surroundings of university students'public consciousness fostering:it is the main line to cultivate their independent personality, it is core to foster their "maintenance"spirit, if is the key to foster their public spirit, it is the bottom line to foster their public morality. Second, improve the methods of classroom education, esperiential education, contexrual education and model demonstration education. Third, protect the practice and improvence of undergraduate' public consciousness by establishing the incentives and monitoring mechanism. |
