Recent years, higher education has developed rapidly, it has entered the stage of popular education due to the successive enlargement of enrollment since 1999. Popular education has not only brought the majority of students unprecedented opportunities to study, but also some pressure and challenges to them, especially the problem of unemployment. The difficulties while hunting for a job are caused by many reasons, of which, their outdated concepts of employment can not keep up with the pace of the times, let alone to adapt to the social and economic development, also contributed to one of the main difficulties during their job hunting. Guided by the premise of building a harmonious society, searching for the reasons how they form and why they exist, settling the problem and promoting to change their concepts, will help to ease the current severe employment situation, and it does do practical good to the social stability, the sustainable and effective development of economy and the building of a harmonious society.This thesis can be divided into 7 parts, of which,the first part is Introduction. In part one, the emphasis is on the research background of the paper, analysing the current research situation in both domestic and abroad and the aim and significance of this research. The second part deals with the concept of the graduates about job hunting and its evolution, analyzing the definition and significance of the concept of university students during job hunting. The third part discusses the current difficult situation of job hunting and the reasons for this situation. Part Four analyses the graduates' concept about hunting for a job. Part Five reveals the impact of both external and internal factors, such as the traditional culture, policies, social factors, economic factors, and family factors. Part Six mainly points out the strategies of solving the problem of the concept of graduates during job hunting, proceeding from the aspects of strengthening the construction of policies and systems, reforming the pattern of higher education, and instilling the ideological and political education, to guide the establishment for a concept of employment instructed by the scientific concept of development. The last part is a conclusion.
