The Finance is the high-end industry, and the finance development is supported by the population. This article starts from the definition of the finance and banking industry. From the literature review, I try to find the theoretical basis of demographic change effects on the finance branches arrangement and the banking layout. In the body of my article, I reviewed population development in Beijing over the past thirty years. Then I analyzed the demographic amount and population distribution, try to find the common part of the population distribution and the bank branches. Then I extracted the demographic factors and non-demographic factors which affect the bank site arrangement and analyzed each factor, to provide the basis for the bank branches location decisions. Base on Beijing statistical data of these years, I made a quantitative analysis of the effects with all the factors of bank branches distribution; try to find the most effective factor. Finally, through the demographic factors changes which we have already known, estimate the future population change effects on the distribution of bank branches, and provide reference for bank address selection.
