From the perspective of sociology labeling theory, this study focusing on the school field, observing and tracing the "problem students" real school life, and exploring the occurrence mechanism of deviant behavior.This study found that the "problem students" are treated differently in the school.It is mainly including, the "problem students"are separated from the top student by the seats or are marginalized; When teaching in class, the teacher treats students significant differently in the tone of questioning, frequency, feedback, and question type; It is also existed that putting a label and strengthening label effect by criticism and praise. In order to discipline and punish the "problem students", teacher often imposes many strategy, such as, language derogate, make opposition, public humiliate or ignore and abandon. The "problem students" are always excluded from the honor and campaign recessively in school. Except that, this research shows that, students' family background, academic performance, behavior performance and the group characteristics are effective factors in assessing and label still. The various factors play different influences.the academic performance is the most effective "cirulation capital" among them.The further exploration discovery that, many different deviant motives behind in similar deviant behaviors of "problem students". It is probably can be classified into four types, for challenging authority, for seeking the attentions from others, for asking for approval and the weak's helpless resistance. While, whatever the deviant motivation of "problem students", developing from a potential to truly deviant, everyone must experience a continous struggle and decision process.The researcher divides this process into four stages, they are interaction and imitation, calibration and classifid, obedient and resist and rejection and belonging.through analysising the formation mechanism of deviant behaviors of "problem students" by sociological perspective, researcher reflect, as everyone known as, the academic performance can't measure a student completely, but, why the students' status is always changing with it constantly for a long tim? The school is a place of which uses the knowledge to beat the ignorance, or use the knowledege to slave and destruct personality? The school regulations for controling students in both physical and mental, is benefit to the school management efficiency or the development and growth of the individual? There are objective differences between the top and problem students, the purpose of education is to eliminate or curing differences arificially? For individual's development, we should plan and control it priorly, or follow the personality natural development? To the critical of teachers' teaching attitude, Shall we really understand that, there are countless helplesses behind the teachers'ruthless?This study's aim is not use the ripe theory to set into the reality, but borrow the viewpoint of labeling theory to estabilsh ralation thinking, and provide analysis framework for the "problem students" survival circumstances.Through outline the school real situations, accumulate the education facts, draw the dynamic formation process of the so-called "problem student", trying to give "problem students"the interpretation from another angle. Awakening people that, to reflect the school education comprehensively.
