Students Virtual Groups And Their Guidance And Management

Along with the rapid development of networks and the popularity of computer in the university, college students participate the net frequently, and the college students' virtual groups also continue to grow stronger. The existence of virtual groups satisfy the students' need of exchanging information, relieving stress and so on, also bring some new questions which need to take seriously. Strengthen the guidance and management of the college students'virtual group is a contemporary issues that ideological and political education and student management work must face.Internet dummy group is a new type of students'organization formed in the internet environment. Compare to traditional groups, internet dummy groups have characteristics of suppositional, free, fair, and diversity. Based on the previous research of other people, this paper discusses about the process of college virtual groups and the reasons for the rise systematically, and probes into the connotation and types of college students' virtual groups.Through the questionnaire survey and the analysis of related datas, this paper analyse the present situation and the dual effects of college students virtual groups comprehensively.At the same time, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the management of college students' virtual groups for example:the absence of university management, the fatigue of Internet supervision and the deficiencies of the students' self managementAccording to the results of analysis and unifies the related theory, I propose the corresponding countermeasure to strengthen the guidance and the management of the college students' virtual group from three aspects:give full play to the positive role of the virtual groups; guide the healthy development of the virtual groups actively; strengthen the scientific management of virtual groups. Strengthen the guidance and the management of the college students' virtual group, can regulate the virtual groups' network behavior effectively and can open new positions of Ideological and political education.In the meantime they are the important measures to guarantee harmonious and stable development of the university.
