College Teachers And Students In China Relationship

The relationship between college teachers and students refers to say that it is the particular relationship in the field of higher school, and it was producted in the higher education. It is based on teaching, and make up by many kinds of social relationships between people, concluding the rich and practical relations of the subject education and learning; the more changeable and complex and profound psychological relations; the more direct and important legal relationship; and the ethical relations of responsibility and obligation, etc. This thesis tries to integrate and comb the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities in the past ten years, and reviewing the changes and development in the past ten years, and analyse the reason, summarize problem, give the reasonable strategy and suggestions by the ethics way. It will plays a certain guidance and reference for the role. This research meaning and purpose lies is just for this.The article is divided into four parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the development of the relationship between teachers and students in universities in China, Including the analysis and discussion of the study object, content and methods, points out the shortages of the problem in further. The second part about the present study, based on analyzing the concept of college teachers and students relations, on this basis points out that ethics relation is the core, then to analyse the nowaday's situation. Chapter 3 is the key part, mainly analysis the reason of its changes. The author based on the three planes as the economic, cultural and social environment, and to make a more comprehensive thorough analysis. The fourth chapter is also the conclusion of this paper session and the difficult part. The author argue that moral is the effective ways and methods to solve the problem. Use the moral ways to implement it from the macro, meso and micro three levels.
