Great development of vocational education is a major strategic task of the current and future reform and development of China's education, and professional development of secondary vocational school teachers is a major factor of restricting the development of secondary vocational education.However, most recent discussion and study refer to the teachers in general, thus the specific discipline of teachers' professional development is lack of theoretical and practical guidance, these problems influence and impede professional teachers' own personal advancement, and it will lead to a bottleneck of the advancement of teaching quality in corresponding courses. Moral education in secondary vocational schools is the specific professional development of teachers in vocational school, according to the specific school, corresponding courses, and learning periods, to discuss the specific moral teachers' professional development, it has an important value to formulate moral teachers' educational practice.The paper takes the new round moral education curriculum reform of vocational school as the background, by means of document method, theory method, interviewing method etc., it presents the definition of professional development of moral educational teachers in secondary vocational school, and it makes a research of the relationship between moral educational reform and teachers' professional development, and the situation of secondary vocational school teachers' professional development, it focuses on the strategy of secondary vocational school teachers' professional development. The innovation of this paper lies in combining the teachers' personal development with new curriculum ideas, characteristics of the moral education in secondary vocational schools, it also puts forward some basic methods of professional development of moral educational teachers in secondary vocational school.
