Study On The Sustainable Development Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Xinjiang

Higher vocational colleges are the products of social and economic development, industrial structure adjustment and labor structure adjustment, which have profound implications in promoting the further development of economy. How higher vocational colleges adapt to the new situation of social and economic development and accurately grasp the new trend of development of higher vocational colleges has become widespread attention. Higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang is an institution of training high skilled talents to adapt Xinjiang regional economic social sustained and rapid development,transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and an important strength to promote national unity and social stability, which has been taken more and more our country', autonomous regions'and corps'attention.The thesis has probed into higher vocational colleges of Xinjiang characteristic by collecting literature and materials. Combining the ideas of sustainable development with higher vocational colleges, development has profound significance, discussing sustainable development of higher vocational colleges has certain theoretical and practical significance.The main body of this thesis composes by six chapters. Chapter one expatiates the background, significance, research status from domestic and abroad, the main content and the study of the basic ideas, the research method used and the main innovation points. Chapter two analyzes the theoretical basis of higher vocational colleges'sustainable development from human capital theory, public choice and public goods theory, and then it analyzes the feasibility of sustainable development in higher vocational colleges. Chapter three analyzes aspects of the sustainable development of Xinjiang from the existing problems in the development of higher vocational colleges. Chapter four discusses the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges case in Xinjiang, analyzes the importance of sustainable development in higher vocational colleges, the shortage of the applied talents of regional economic development, industrial structure adjustment, the labor structure adjustment and the relevancy among high-skilled and applied talents and the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
