During recent years, our country's basic education curriculum reformation has made a certain progress, but due to the impoverished parts of the ethnic history, the natural environment, the influence of such factors. The basic education curriculum reformation has been in a relatively adverse circumstance. Compared with the overall development level in China, The development speed of reformation in minority region is slow, the level of development is lag, lie in obvious disadvantage situation. If the objective situation were not changed, our country's basic education curriculum reformation would cannot achieve meaningful development in a fair situation, and it is difficult for the based education curriculum reformation in the national poor rural areas'school to get rid of the backward situation for a long time. The investigation analyze for the new curriculum reformation in minority region and analyze the objective and subjective factors that influence the whole advancement of reformation in minority region, thus put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and make the influence of various factors of school curriculum reformation to make concerted efforts. We should condense a force, make full use of local advantages, change the traditional ideas of reformation, adjust measures to local conditions, and deal with the relationships between the various factors for the whole advancement of new curriculum reformation, which is the main means of this study.From the specific content of this study, the first part introduced the background of the new curriculum reformation firstly, and makes a rough summary of the progress of the new curriculum reformation. Meanwhile, the author discusses the impoverished parts of the ethnic county of LongSheng in GuangXi province for an example, and affirm the achievements that have been achieved in the new curriculum reformation, and Summarize the problems that existing in the process of the new curriculum reformation. Finally, present the significance of new curriculum reformation in the impoverished parts of the ethnic The second part discusses the theoretical basis for development and the basic principles that we should adhere to in the overall development of the impoverished parts of the ethnic rural middle schools. The theoretical basis mainly concerned on the support of the whole. The third part analyzes the factors that influence the whole advancement of reformation in the poor rural areas.Elements were divided into three parts, educational population, educational resources and educational environment, and then discussed the relationships between each factor with the overall development. The fourth part discusses the restricted factors in the whole advancement of rural school curriculum reformation, the factors be divided into two parts, external factors and internal factors, and analyze the mall factors that lie in the two main factors. Striving to find main reason for the overall process of new curriculum reformation in the impoverished parts of the ethnic region, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure for the reformation. The fifth part discusses the corresponding countermeasures for the problem.The related concepts definition of this study mainly concentrated on national poor areas, the study of rural schools and overall development. Trying to dig the characteristics of impoverished parts of the ethnic, adjust measures to local conditions, and accelerate overall promoting for a new course of reformation process. This study adopted a fixed-point survey method; we selected 3 secondary school 180 teachers in county of Longsheng, and withdrew the questionnaires of 180, the effective questionnaire survey of 180 copies. Through teacher, student, the headmaster and educational bureau director and a few interviews, understanding the influence of each factor in the implementation of the new curriculum reformation.Overall, this study adopted the form of open questionnaire interviews survey of national poor rural areas, the school curriculum, the research advance status of new curriculum reform in advance the overall found each executive level in the existent problems and puts forward countermeasures, ultimately completed the study task...
