New basic education curriculum reform is being experimented and promoted gradually throughout the country, and the new curriculum reform of ordinary high school is being activated. The curriculum and teaching field, as a direct reform object, its reformation must be done carefully and thoroughly, and the development of school-based curriculum, based on the developed countries in 1970s, has been an important part in new curriculum reform. Ministry of education of China to explicitly for national curriculum, place curriculum and school course of 3-rated curriculum management framework, then will the school curriculum was renamed school-based courses. Such schools in the course of implementation should include three parts:the national curriculum, place curriculum and school-based curriculum, and gradually form the foundation education in characteristics with new management system three-level course.According to the specific implementation requirement issued by Ministry of Education, from the autumn of 2007, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has been implementing three-level curriculum management, and has brought school-based curriculum into the curriculum standard. However, constrained by various factors, the development situation of school-based physics curriculum of Yanbian Korean High School has been various greatly, the author, as a physics teacher in Yanbian Korean High School, deeply feels the difficulties in developing the school-based physics curriculum, so I have studied this topic, and have collected and studied the setting situation of the school-based physics curriculum of Yanbian Korean High School, have got to know the development and implementation overview of the school-based physics curriculum and the understanding of the physics teachers in different high school, and my focus is the analysis of the development situation of school-based physics curriculum in During the research, the author found that the development of typical schools.School-based physics curriculum Yanbian is still in initial stage, the rate of having school-based physics curriculum in 9 Korean High Schools is only 33% Now the high schools having school-based physics curriculum are:Affiliated High School of Yanbian University, Wangqing No.2 High School, Hunchun No.2 High School. With teacher questionnaire and the case analysis of Affiliated High School of Yanbian University, we found that the main reasons constrained the development of school-based physics curriculum of Yanbian Korean High School:1. Korean high schools put emphasis on liberal arts and despise the science, making less development of school-based physics curriculum.2. The school Administrators are lack of understanding, making the development of the curriculum just a formality. 3. The teachers have old-fashioned educational thought, and are lack of educational concept. Therefore, the author here proposes three countermeasures:1. Strengthening the training of school-based curriculum and strengthening the curriculum concept for teachers.2. Putting emphasis on both literal arts and science simultaneously and establishing cooperative and sharing system.3. Developing the school-based curriculum resource and using good resource superiority properly.The article focuses on studying the particularity of Korean High School, hoping to give others some basic suggestions in improving the backward situation of school-based physics curriculum in Yanbian Korean High School, in standardizing and constructing the school-based physics curriculum in Yanbian properly, in improving the structure of basic education curriculum and in building curriculum system for primary and secondary schools with Yanbian features.
