Extracurricular physical training content not widely, organizing content mainly to 2～4 times a week morning exercises, four independent college students exercise 3～4 times a week, each activity 30-60 minutes ratio to the number of five, most motive is to promote the physical and mental health of students participating in physical activity, body-moulding and increase aesthetic appeal. Organization of students participating in extracurricular sports activities mainly one-way Sports Club and class basis. Major elements of the sport is basketball, football, badminton, table tennis and tennis. Factors in restricting the four independent college students to participate in extra-curricular activities is a lack of facilities, lack of leisure time and fear, fear of tiring.4.
