| Research purposes:The fitness test data in 2005 indicated that there is a decline on the adolescent fitness situation. Physical exercise is an efficient way to strengthen fitness and health level. As a consequence, it is inevitable to improve the fitness and health level through taking more exercise. Cultivating the interests on P.E. of students is a good way to put them into physical exercise. Nowadays, most researches did at publicly maintained school, and there is hardly research did at non-governmental school. Meanwhile, there are less of experimental studies did on the youth; especially few reports got from left-behind children. So this research took it as the standpoint to aim the purpose.Research subjects:In this research, we randomly chose two classes of the seventh grade at Xiangshan School in Jiangxi province. And we divided them into four groups, and they are: left-behind group in experimental class, non- left-behind group in experimental class, left-behind group in contrastive class, non- left-behind group in contrastive class. Research conclusions:1) Physical fitness conclusionsThe physical constitution indices of left-behind students is better than the non- left-behind, and there is no difference among the figure and function indices.Compared with the natural growth of body, physical exercise intervention plays a small role on improving the physical constitution of students. But we should admit it still did some promotion on physical constitution. And it is different from the left-behind students and the non-left-behind students.Routine P.E. teaching also would promote the development of physical constitution of students, but there is also difference between the two types'students.Except that, we found that a subsequent effect on the physical constitution of the experimental class from the results of the two school sports meetings.2) Interest conclusionsPhysical exercise intervention stimulates the interests of the contrastive class.Physical exercise intervention depresses the interests of the experimental class to some extent. The reason for this result is that students in the experiment class haven't form a habit to take regular exercise, so they considered it was tired for them to do physical exercise everyday. And then they slowed down their positivity. The result presents that it is a long term to cultivate middle school students'interests, a short-time term would certainly play an opposite effect.3) Mental health conclusionsAll the subjects in the research have a normal mental health situation. There are a few differences between the two classes of mental health situation.During the process of physical exercise intervention, we can found some promotion in the group of left-behind in the experimental class. This result indicates that physical exercise may be a good way to improve mental health level.4) Records of studiesTo do some appropriate physical exercise would not play a bad effect on the records of studies. |
