The author choose C middle school as a research object, through interview and questionnaire survey, it shows that the awareness of receiving-education rights of junior middle school students is poor relatively, and person rights, property rights is strong relatively, overall right consciousness comparison is weak; Boys and girls rights consciousness do not exist significant differences; The different grade of junior middle school students' consciousness of rights exist significant differences.
