Junior middle school students enjoy law basic rights, cultivate junior middle school students' consciousness of rights to promote their healthy growth, set up the correct outlook on life and values have significant role.This paper first defines the concept of rights, rights consciousness, junior middle school students' rights ,education of junior middle school students' rights consciousness ; Introduces students' rights consciousness and research status of education; At the wide access to education, education law, law, master thesis, on the basis of such information, from the three dimensions of receiving-education rights, person rights, property rights compile consciousness of junior middle school students of questionnaire and interview outline. The author choose C middle school as a research object, through interview and questionnaire survey, it shows that the awareness of receiving-education rights of junior middle school students is poor relatively, and person rights, property rights is strong relatively, overall right consciousness comparison is weak; Boys and girls rights consciousness do not exist significant differences; The different grade of junior middle school students' consciousness of rights exist significant differences. Research found problems of education of junior middle school students' rights consciousness in C middle school: junior high rights consciousness education: didn't get enough attention; The content of the right is not comprehensive knowledge; Education form is more onefold.
