At present, there are still some weak schools in the stage of compulsory education in many parts of China, especially in rural areas. If the weak schools can not be reformed effectively in a long time, it will become a severe obstacle in the process of implementing the quality improvement education and also affect the level of fundamental education and the national quality. At the same time, it will make people question social justice, give rise to a series of social problems and hinder the construction of a harmonious society. So, it has significant and far-reaching significance for building a harmonious society at present to accelerate the transformation of the weak schools and realize educational justice.The reformation of weak schools has attracted much attention in our society. Our government and the education department have devoted a lot of efforts to the reformation and made some progress. But, there are still some severe problems in the reformation in some areas. For example, the ideological recognition is not explicit, the safeguard mechanism is not effectual enough and so on. We will still have a long way to go for the reformation of weak schools. In this paper, three weak junior high schools in rural area of Z County are selected as the objects of investigation and study. Through the in-depth investigation and analysis of the weak schools, I try to offer some specific comments and suggestions to the government, the education administration department, principals and teachers. I hope the suggestions will be helpful for the reformation of the weak schools.
