The Research Of Practice About The Principle Of Selecting Qualified Teacher With Ability And Virtue In GD College

GD college is a state-owned independent college which was founded in 2000. The teaching staff in the college is developing rapidly,but the good and the bad are intermingled.The good have both ability and virtue,and the bad have neither of it. For instance, some teachers are lack of ability and passion in teaching. Some are insolent and brag,nonstandard language and inappropriate dress, bad etiquette. Some teachers are indifferent to development of GD college,and some teachers are not perform the duty of teacher which made GD college in an awkward position.In order to avoid Cast Effect in ability and virtue of the teacher, and facilitate sound progress, writer sets foot on deficiency in selecting of recruitment in GD college, bringing forward the further improvement in backward and conventional recruitment team, enhancing efficiency in selecting technology,optimizing selecting procedures and contents.
